The brainchild of multimedia journalist Elle Moxley, “Will Write About Food” documents her adventures in the kitchen.  Elle, who is gluten-intolerant, bakes constantly, justifying it to friends and family with excuses such as “But it was my dog’s birthday!” or “What’s a weekend without CUPCAKES?”  Her latest projects include teaching her former roommate how to cook, building a better meatball and replicating her grandmother’s biscuits and gravy.
